1. About VisaPermit

VisaPermit ("we," "us," or "VisaPermit") operates a web-based visa eligibility assessment service at visapermit.xyz (the "Service"). The Service provides a scored, personalised report summarising a user's eligibility across multiple immigration pathways based on self-reported information.

2. Not Legal Advice

Important: VisaPermit does not provide immigration advice, legal advice, or consultancy services. The report generated by our Service is produced by automated rules and, where applicable, AI-generated narrative text. It is not a substitute for professional immigration counsel. Immigration laws and regulations change frequently. You should consult a licensed immigration attorney or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) before making any immigration decisions.

3. Eligibility to Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using VisaPermit, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. The Report

After completing the assessment and, where applicable, completing payment, you will receive a personalised visa eligibility report (the "Report"). The Report is:

  • Based solely on the information you provide — inaccurate or incomplete answers will produce inaccurate results.
  • Generated automatically and is subject to the limitations of our rules engine and, where applicable, AI-generated text.
  • Valid as of the date of generation. Visa pathway requirements, CRS cut-off scores, and processing times change regularly.
  • Provided for personal use only. You may share your Report with advisors and family, but commercial redistribution is prohibited.

5. Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required before a Report is generated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy, available at /refund.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at the details below before requesting a chargeback from your card issuer.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your assessment.
  • Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
  • Not reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Service or its output for commercial purposes.
  • Accept full responsibility for decisions made based on your Report.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VisaPermit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, denial of visa application, or legal costs — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any Report.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the Report will result in any particular immigration outcome.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VisaPermit operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
