Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to feel confident before you pay. Because our Service delivers a digital product (a personalised Report) immediately upon payment, our refund approach reflects the nature of what you are purchasing.

Eligibility for a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: If the Service failed to generate and deliver your Report due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same assessment, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
  • Unauthorized charge: If you did not authorise the payment and it was not made by someone with access to your account, contact us immediately.
  • Service not as described: If the Report you received is materially different from what was described on our website, contact us and we will review your case.

Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • Change of mind: Because the Report is generated and delivered instantly, we cannot accept refunds solely on the basis that you changed your mind after purchase.
  • Disagreement with the result: The Report reflects your self-reported information processed through our rules engine. A difference of opinion about your eligibility does not constitute a basis for a refund.
  • Immigration outcome: We do not guarantee any specific immigration outcome. A rejected visa application, change in immigration law, or change in your personal circumstances after purchase is not covered by this policy.
  • Request made more than 30 days after purchase: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at the address below with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your order reference (shown in your confirmation email) and the email address used at checkout.
  3. Describe the reason for your request in brief.
  4. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  5. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unresolved chargebacks may result in your account being suspended and your data being reviewed. Chargebacks for amounts we believe are valid purchases may be disputed.
