Known Limitations
VisaPermit assessments cannot account for every factor that influences a real immigration outcome:
- Individual circumstances: Medical issues, criminal history, financial capacity, and documentation quality all affect outcomes.
- Processing variability: Visa processing times and outcomes vary by officer, workload, and policy changes mid-year.
- Update lag: Immigration policy changes frequently. There may be a delay before VisaPermit reflects the latest changes.
